Which accounting software does it work with?
QuickBooks Online today, with Zoho Books and Xero coming next. Your books always stay in your own account, under your own licence.
What are the AI agents?
Helpers that each take a whole job off your hands, such as closing the month or chasing missing receipts. They're your choice: switch on the ones you want, or none at all. Anything they want to post waits for your approval.
Is WhatsApp available?
Telegram is live today. WhatsApp one-to-one chat is coming soon. We don't use group chats, because your figures are private.
Which languages does it understand?
Type in English, Arabic, Urdu or Hindi and it replies in your language. Everyday words are fine; there are no commands to learn. Voice notes are coming soon.
Will it make payments or delete things?
Never. It cannot pay anyone, send payment links or delete entries. It records payments you have already made, and it can undo its own entry for a short time after posting.
Do you file my VAT return?
No. We keep VAT right in your books, with supplier TRNs checked and irrecoverable VAT kept in its own account. Your tax agent files the return.
Who checks the work?
Every document is checked before it can post, and it waits for your yes. On plans with review, the Review Team also checks your books each month and then locks the month, so nothing changes afterwards by accident. Tax agents and owners with their own accountant can use it without the review.
Can I keep my own accountant?
Yes. Use just the chat, and your own accountant or tax agent keeps the records in the same books. The Review Team is optional.
