Terms of service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

Your signed service agreement, if you have one, takes priority over these terms.

1. Who provides the service

TalkingAccounts is operated by ZYN Accounting & Tax Consultancy L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@talkingaccounts.com.

2. What the service does

TalkingAccounts lets you keep your business books by chatting. It records entries, creates invoices and reports, answers questions about your books and reconciles bank statements you upload, working in your own accounting software (QuickBooks Online today). On plans that include review, our review team checks your books each month and locks the month.

3. What the service never does

4. Your books and your account

Your books stay in your own accounting software, under your own licence. You connect it through the provider's sign-in and can disconnect at any time. If you stop using TalkingAccounts, your books stay where they are, and you can ask for a copy of the documents you sent us.

5. Your responsibilities

6. AI and review

The service uses AI to read documents and messages. Our code checks what the AI reads, and anything taken from a document waits for your confirmation before it is posted. AI can still make mistakes, so please review what you confirm. Monthly review by our team applies only to plans that include it.

7. Fees

Fees are set out in your plan or service agreement. Service agreements are signed, and fees invoiced, by Ezio. Plans have fixed monthly fees with volume limits.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. If you find an error in your books, tell us and our review team will help correct it, including in a month that is already locked.

9. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by telling us. Any notice period or minimum term is set out in your service agreement. We may suspend the service if it is misused or fees are unpaid, after telling you.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
